I was thinking what I'm going to create for The Pink Elephant's current challenge with given colours: red, yellow, black and white, and I ended up with another Japanese-style card :)
No wonder, for these are the classic colours for traditional oriental art, only deep green is missing in this combination.
For the design, I decided on following one of the two new sketches on There She Goes (but simplifying it a little). They're both easy and cute, so I might go for a second one later too :)
It can't be seen as much as I wished it was, but there is a nice, sheer organza ribbon running along the vertical stripe, with embossed swirly pattern. It adds some wonderful coziness and dimension to the project.
Thanks for stopping by!
