Looks like some peeps have difficulties with recent challenges at Simon Says Stamp, but frankly I wouldn't know why... This week the theme is oriental, and I decided to help a little and whip up one more submission :)
This theme is not at all troublesome for me, as my craft room is flooded with origami papers and designs. Basically, the more challenges of this kind, the more opportunity for me to use these beauties :P
Here's my card:

The sketch that I used comes from 2 Red Bananas.
Initially I wanted to put a nice b&w image of a blooming cherry branch in the circle, but then I remembered that I've got this set of stamps that I haven't used yet. They're medallion shaped frames and various coordinating "inserts" that can be mixed and matched freely. They're yummy!
The image may not be Japanese in style as such, but it fits nicely, me thinks :)

Thanks so much for looking, see you later today with my new card!
