A couple of shaker cards

Hi everyone, hope your day has been good so far!
I'm having two new cards to show you, here's the first one:

As I wrote yesterday, I wasn't satisfied with my previous entry for CD46 - Taken With Rich Krafts, so here it is, my second try... I do like this one more :)
The card also enters Simon Says...Let It Snow.
The trees are cut freehand from patterned papers, and the star & the sentiment are rub-ons.
This is a shaker card, with some glitter used as a filling, to imitate the snow twinkling in the winter sun :P
I created the background by stamping my fav snowflake on the teal cardstock.


Second card:

It goes to The Play Date Cafe Challenge PDCC08, Quixotic Challenge #6 - Seeing Stars, and CCT's Challenge 90 - Sew Beady. Various coloured beads are in the shaker, along with some tiny stars punched from cardstock.
