I liked the May sketches over at Caardvarks a lot, so I decided to play with them both.
I paired the first sketch with PDCC28. LOVE these colours!
I watercoloured a black & white image of a woman, I think it turned out ok.
Supplies: cardstock: Quill; paper: Bo Bunny, My Mind's Eye, October Afternoon, digital, Grant; vintage image; stamp: Prima (border), Hot Off The Press (postage stamp); ink: Ranger Distress Ink (Pumice Stone); watercolour pencils: Belgrave; blender pen; border punch: Fiskars; trim: May Arts; pearls: Kaisercraft; other: brads, ribbon
Second sketch goes with The Shabby Tea Room Week #8 - "Get Your Bling On", PPA41 - An Inspiration Challenge, and F4A11 - Just Gellin'. I used my white gel pen to make white dotty lines here and there.
I had this glitter paper for ages, and I'm glad that it came to my mind today. I also added glitter to the clouds, and the holes in the punched border. Some little man is going to enjoy this one ... I hope :)
Supplies: cardstock: Quill, Bazzill, Lincraft; paper: Kaisercraft; stamps: We R Memory Keepers (clouds), Kaisercraft (plane); ink: Vivid! (Brick), Color Box (Prussian Blue), Grant (blue); glitter: Reeves; white gel pen; border punch: Fiskars; other: ribbon, button, twine
Okey dokey, I got to go... still so much work to do this evening. Thank you for peeking in! xxx
