Some evening stamping

Greetings, friends! Are you ready for some new stuff? Tonight I chose not to overwork myself too much, and put together two pretty simple cards. Not much stamping on them either - in fact, the latter one has none.
Here's the first one:

Supplies: cardstock: Canson; paper: October Afternoon; stamp: My Favorite Things; ink: StazOn (Jet Black); watercolour pencils: Belgrave; blender pen; satin ribbon

I found out that a great scrapbooking store here in Victoria (Scrapbook Boutique) has a blog and just launched new challenges. I just couldn't remain indifferent to this colour inspiration photo:

How stinking cute are these?!? I chose to work with the FTL104 sketch:

For the other card, I decided that I de-hoard a few more of these yummy DCWV chippies, and pair them with MME Quite Contrary paper... mmmmm

Supplies: cardstock: Artarama, American Crafts; paper: My Mind's Eye (including the sentiment); chipboard: DCWV; sewing machine; QuicKutz Polka Dots embossing folder; grosgrain ribbon; button

The sketch for this one is SSSC82, and the colours come from JUGS47:

As always, thanks so much for paying me a visit! I love it when you do :) Have a restful evening,
