You might have noticed, that I started to distress my cards quite often lately. I think I'm getting really obsessed with texture... I can't stand flat cards any more :)
It's not at all distressing, though. I'm actually pretty happy with the direction that my stamping has taken. I think I might be finally developing my style... that and watercolouring, are my absolute crazes nowadays. I 'm curious to see, where it will take me in the next couple of months :)
So, I did some more stamping (five cards today... not bad, huh? :)) Wanna see??
Firstly, I adapted Angie's bonus sketch at 2S4Y to my needs, and mixed in the colours of C4C54, the masculine theme of ssnotime154 and Offset Scallop Gallop challenge at Moxie Fab World.
I came up with this:
Supplies: cardstock: Canson; paper: Kaisercraft; stamp: Paper Xtra; ink: VersaMark; white embossing powder; edge distresser; letter stickers: Carolee's Creations; string; metal buckle; Cuttlebug embossing folder
I also played with the fresh new SFYTT, and added the colours of JAI34, to create this:
Supplies: paper: The Girl's Paperie; stamp: Penny Black, Papertrey Ink; ink: Versafine (Onyx Black); watercolour pencils: Belgrave;blender pen ; burlap; lace trim; cotton twine; buttons; twill ribbon; string: Papertrey Ink; edge distresser
Alright, that's definitely all for tonight! I'm now looking forward to wrapping myself in a warm blanket, with a book in hand... mmmm
