TSG goodness

Hi peoples, I'm back as promised! This time with two cards, whipped up with some new There She Goes stamps, that came in a happy mail today. SWOON!!
I tell you what... I couldn't be happier to have joined the Trendsetters... to work with these beauties first-hand, is nothing short of a bliss :)

My first card is made for TSG71 - A Color Challenge With A Twist!
Julie, the Trendsetter of the week, brought to us this challenge, and I LOVE it!

To celebrate TSG turning 2 this month, we added a twist to this challenge which is to make a birthday card using these colors.
On my sample, I used an incredible butterfly stamp, from the Spread Your Wings set, and added the sentiment from the Sweet Pea mini set.

Supplies: cardstock: Stampin' Up! (River Rock), American Crafts; paper: Three Bugs In A Rug; stamps: There She Goes (Spread Your Wings, Sweet Pea); ink: Versafine (Onyx Black); watercolour pencils: Belgrave; blender pen; decorative chalks: Pebbles; sewing machine; lace trim available here; string; scallop scissors: Birch Craft; border punch: Fiskars

*Don’t forget that if you participate in every TSG Challenge in September, you can qualify to win a $50 gift certificate to use on anything in the TSG store! Winners will be announced on Saturday, Sept. 25th during the release party chat*

To be eligible for the giveaway, you are to create a birthday card that uses the colors provided then come back to the TSG Blog to add your name and a link to your project in the InLinkz that is located at the bottom of this challenge post. This challenge is open until the winner has been announced on the following Monday (Sep. 13). The winner will get to pick out any mini stamp set available at the TSG Web store!

By participating in this challenge, you may also find yourself in the Trendsetting Spotlight that shines on the TSG Blog every Thursday. We will be on the look out to find challenge cards that stand out and show Trendsetting qualities. TSG stamps are not required to participate in the challenges but are appreciated :)

I couldn't help, but pull out one more stamp set, this time Ice Cream, and came up with this:

Supplies: paper: Basic Grey; stamps: There She Goes (Ice Cream); ink: stazOn (Timber Brown); watercolour pencils: Belgrave; blender pen; wrinkled ribbon available here; string: Papertrey Ink; border punch: Martha Stewart; brads

Both cards are based on the sketches from the Tiffany Doodles Sketch Challenge at Caardvarks:
