Good evening, fellow crafters!
Tonight I'm not sharing a card, but a little gift set, that I made for Christmas for a friend. I'm going to make this post short - I've been battling with Chuplet for most of the evening, trying to put her to bed when for some reason she didn't want to, and now I'm exhausted and sleepy myself. The set consists of a gift bag (based on a template here), and a matching tag.
Supplies: cardstock: Stampin' Up! (Marina Mist, Early Espresso); paper: Echo Park Paper (Wintertime); stamps: Annabelle Stamps (Jewelled Tree - sentiment, Christmas Wish - ornaments); ink: Versa Color (Pinecone, Sky Blue, Cyan); Nestabilities Ovals, Scalloped Ovals; Circles, Scalloped Circles; border punch: Martha Stewart; 4mm Pearls; ruffled ribbon; string
A couple of close-ups...
I took the colours from CTD121, but I replaced Chocolate Chip with Early Espresso.
The tag follows Kazan's Sketch 67:
Thank you for looking, see you tomorrow for a new CASE Study challenge and sample! xxx

Loving this set, Chupa :) Thanks for the link to the template. Great use of the colours.

Hi Iwona,
ReplyDeletethese are gorgeous! I've been struggling a bit with the christmas cards myself... it's not really going fast and it's already December 1... oops! Love the colors you used here and the pretty border and that hanging snowflake stamp is very lovely! I hope to get some cards done tomorrow evening again, hi hi! Love yours here!
Hugs, Wendy

ReplyDeleteCHUUUUUUUPA! These are fantastic! Love your sophisticated, wintery gift package and coordinating tag! That ruffled ribbon ties them off beautifully ♥ Funny that you swapped espresso for chocolate...I did the same thing and it was my color choice this week! LOL I think I MEANT to make it espresso (can't get enough of that color) but typed chocolate :] Ha ha
