You know what I love most about Mondays? It's the time for a brand new TSG challenge! This week the fabulous Jodi is our host, and she wants us to bling it up! I know you're going to love this one, who doesn't like a little glitz??
Rhinestones, glitter, shimmer...anything goes, as long as your creation has plenty of bling!
Supplies: cardstock: cream, Canson, Papertrey Ink (Rustic Cream), brown, light pink; paper: Basic Grey (Eskimo Kisses), Jillibean Soup; stamps: There She Goes (Wrapped In Joy); ink: Memento (Tuxedo Black); Copic markers; decorative chalks: Pebbles; grosgrain ribbon: Stampin' Up!; satin ribbon; string: Papertrey Ink; Blossom Sprinkles; button
I used the C4C66 sketch, and the colours from OCC:
I'm also playing with Copic Oz challenge #5 (Christmas theme with a twist - my twist is the non-traditional Christmas colours), A Passion For Papertrey's Christmas themed challenge (I used cardstock & string from PTI), and WMC34 - Holiday Music Inspiration (I was inspired by "Give Love for Christmas")
Whew! It looks like a lot :) At this busy time of year, I certainly appreciate being able to squeeze a few of my favourites into one card!
Here are some deets for you:
To be eligible for the giveaway, you are to create a card that has bling and then come back to the TSG Blog to add your name and a link to your project in the Mr. Linky that is located at the bottom of this challenge post. This challenge is open until the winner has been announced on the following Monday (Dec. 13). The winner will get a $5 gift certificate to use in the TSG Web store!
By participating in this challenge, you may also find yourself in the Trendsetting Spotlight that shines on the TSG Blog every Thursday. We will be on the look out to find challenge cards that stand out and show Trendsetting qualities. TSG stamps are not required to participate in the challenges but are appreciated :)
I'll have to leave you to it now, and I'm not sure whether I'll be able to come back with anything else tonight, but I bet you'll see me tomorrow :) Thanks for looking!
