TSG99 - Stand Out From The Background

Hi again peeps, welcome to another TSG challenge!
Since this is Release Week, our challenge for today is being issued by our fearless leader, Jessica! She wants us to create a ONE LAYER card that has images stamped in the same color as the card base (monotone) to create a background scene, and then stamp the main image onto a separate piece of cardstock. The main image must then be colored, cut out, and added to the monotone card base to complete the scene. Here’s an example: Happy Mail by Jessica Knutsen (second image in the post)

As you know, this is not the type of card that I'd usually make, but boy did I have fun with it!
I pulled out my favourite Poppies set, and focused on the butterfly...

Supplies: cardstock: PTI (Simply Chartreuse); stamps: There She Goes (Poppies); ink: Memento (Bamboo Leaves); Copics; white gel pen

TIP: Use your scoring tool, to define spaces on your card.

To be eligible for the giveaway, you are to create a card that utilizes the idea of standing out from the background, and then come back to the TSG Blog to add your name and a link to your project in the InLinkz that is located at the bottom of this challenge post. This challenge is open until the winner has been announced on the following Monday (Mar 28th). The winner will get a $5 gift certificate to use in the TSG Web store!
By participating in this challenge, you may also find yourself in the Trendsetting Spotlight that shines on the TSG Blog every Thursday. We will be on the look out to find challenge cards that stand out and show Trendsetting qualities. TSG stamps are not required to participate in the challenges but are appreciated :)

I hope you'll play along! Thanks for looking :)
