TSG105 - 3D Flower Fun

This week’s challenge is brought to us by our Trendsetter of the Week, Tammy. She wants to see your use of gorgeous and versatile 3D flowers. You can use poofy flowers, diecut flowers, Primas, felt, or crocheted flowers…let your imaginations run wild! We can’t wait to see what you come up with! :)

On my card, I used the adorable mum & daughter image (or two friends, for that matter... they can be interpreted however you like), from the newly released set, Blossom By Blossom.
For my 3D blooms, I stacked the flowers from the Dance set together, and gently curled up the petals, to create a dimensional look. These flowers must be my all-time favourites from There She Goes :)

Supplies: cardstock: recycled kraft, American Crafts (Coffee), white; paper: Crate Paper; stamps: There She Goes (Dance, Blossom By Blossom); ink: Memento (Tuxedo Black), Versa Color (Celadon); Copics; Nestabilities Ovals, Scalloped Ovals; sewing machine; grosgrain ribbon; brads: Basic Grey; border punch: Martha Stewart

I'm submitting this card into the following: SSS106 (sketch), The Ribbon Reel Challenge #1 (colour combo) & Copic OZ Challenge #10 - Celebrate Women.

To be eligible for the giveaway, you are to create a card that utilizes 3D flowers, and then come back to the TSG Blog to add your name and a link to your project in the InLinkz that is located at the bottom of this challenge post. This challenge is open until the winner has been announced on the following Monday (May 9th). The winner will get a $5 gift certificate to use in the TSG Web store!

By participating in this challenge, you may also find yourself in the Trendsetting Spotlight that shines on the TSG Blog every Thursday. We will be on the look out to find challenge cards that stand out and show Trendsetting qualities. TSG stamps are not required to participate in the challenges but are appreciated :)

You do not need to have a blog to be able to participate in the TSG Challenges! You can simply add the URL link from your project after it has been uploaded to your online craft gallery. If you upload your card to an online craft gallery, please use the keyword TSG105 so we can check out your beautiful work!

For those of you that missed the news, I'd also like to share a little reminder, that the Out With The Old Sale has just begun at the TSG Store!
