Hi sweets! I totaly forgot to wish my American friends Happy 4th of July! Have a lovely time, I'm sure you will :)
I drew out quite a few posts today (it's the fourth one so far, third in the blog's time), so I'm hoping that you'll scroll down to see all of it! I'm sharing some fun news in one of them... but I'll let you check it out for yourselves ;)
It's time for another challenge at the TSG blog! Our challenge this week is brought to us by our Trendsetter of the week- Ann. To celebrate the holiday, she is challenging us to add glitter, glitz and bling to your card/projects. There are so many different ways that you can achieve this- glitter, Stickles, rhinestones, shimmer gel pens, etc.
I added a glittery strip to my card, created by covering a piece of cardstock with double-sided tape, and pouring loose glitter over it. I also added some glitter glue to the windows.
Supplies: cardstock: PTI (Raspberry Fizz), American Crafts (brown), recycled kraft, cream, white; paper: Echo Park Paper; stamps: There She Goes (The Fairy Best); ink: Memento (Tuxedo Black, Rich Cocoa); Copics; glitter glue; loose glitter; buttons
The sketch comes SSS115:
To be eligible for the giveaway, you are to create a card that has glitter, glitz and bling and then come back to the TSG Blog to add your name and a link to your project in the InLinkz that is located at the bottom of this challenge post. This challenge is open until the winner has been announced on the following Monday (July 11). The winner will get a $5 gift certificate to use in the TSG Web store!
By participating in this challenge, you may also find yourself in the Trendsetting Spotlight that shines on the TSG Blog every Thursday. We will be on the look out to find challenge cards that stand out and show Trendsetting qualities. TSG stamps are not required to participate in the challenges but are appreciated :)
You do not need to have a blog to be able to participate in the TSG Challenges! You can simply add the URL link from your project after it has been uploaded to your online craft gallery. If you upload your card to an online craft gallery, please use the keyword TSG114 so we can check out your beautiful work!
Thanks for coming!!
