Stamping frenzy

Good evening, lovelies! Are you enjoying your week so far? I hope so :)
I had another inky night - with so much coming up on the stamping field in the next weeks, I figured I better get back into form quickly! I wouldn't want to miss any of the fun things because I can't pull out a card in record time... lol
(Boy oh boy, am I impatient to share everything with you!!)

The cards that I'm sharing tonight, were definitely a challenge for me. As much as I love stamping, the all-stamped cards come hard. Oh let's face it, most of the times I'm just lazy and cut some patterned paper instead... hehee

The first card is strongly inspired by Debbie Olson, this card of her to be precise. The way she created this delightfully pretty background and accentuated it with stitching, makes me simply gasp!
I chose to work with this card not only because it's irresistible - the current challenge at A Passion For Papertrey is asking for a CASE of one of the PTI's DT ladies. So there you go :)

Supplies: cardstock: PTI (Aqua Mist, Rustic White); stamps: PTI (Blooming Button Bits, Polka Dot Basics, Big & Bold Wishes); ink: Memento (Rose Bud), Versa Magic (Aloe Vera, Sea Breeze); sewing machine; buttons

I didn't have the exact stamps, so I used the leaves & flowers from Blooming Button Bits instead. I also filled in the centers of the flowers with the large dots from Polka Dot Basics.
I also used the sketch from Card Patterns:

The next card is my entry in the Card Play Challenge in the Moxie Fab World. I knew straight away that I'm going to use these lovely Glitz Design stamps, when I first saw that challenge.
I rarely ever use my Glitz goodies in anything other than a layered, vintage look, so it's a really nice change :)

Supplies: cardstock: recycled kraft, white, PTI (Raspberry Fizz), Canson (grey); stamps: Glitz Design (Afternoon Muse); ink: Memento (Rose Bud), VersaFine (Onyx Black); grey & pink Copics; sewing machine; buttons

This time I also mixed the FTL157 sketch, with the colours of CR84FN38:

As usual, I'll see you tomorrow! I hope you enjoyed :)
