Warm Winter Wishes

Well, I haven't quite made it with the night craft session last evening... I sat down at my desk, wondering whether I'd fall asleep before I cut into the first piece of paper... lol
We've all got a bit of a cold, and the weather has been out of its mind - none of this is helping me concentrate. On top of it, I'm swarming with assignments to complete... I need more hours in the day!
Just to make things more complicated, (as I would, hehe), I started today playing with the last Verve sketch for November (VLVNov2011 Week 4). It's a very elaborate one, and quite lovely too. You can find the sketch underneath, and firstly my card:

Photobucket

Supplies: cardstock: Canson (cream, grey); papers: My Mind's Eye (Lost & Found - Union Square); silver vellum: Grant; stamps: The Craft's Meow (Vintage Ornaments, Vintage Snowflakes); ink: Memento (Tuxedo Black), Distress Ink (Frayed Burlap), silver; Spellbinders Parisian Motifs/Fleur De Lis Accents/Grommet Tags; Liquid Pearls (Pewter); pearls: Kaisercraft; glitter glue; button; string; lace: May Arts; pearl brad: SEI

I altered the sketch here and there, to suit my needs. I also used the inspiration/colour requirements of TSTR90:

I might not see you again until tomorrow, with the new CASE Study card. I hope you're having a fine day! Cheers,
