The Shabby Tea Room March Guestie - Week 3

I have a pleasure to be this month's Guest Designer at The Shabby Tea Room, and this week the theme is "Pennant Party", with this gorgeous photo below:

We are asked to create a card or project inspired by the attached photo, using the colours, and include a banner or pennant. I dug into my favourite line from Glitz Design - Beautiful Dreamer, and designed my card almost entirely with the beauties in it.
