In the meantime, there's lots to be shared on my old bloggie, and one of them is a new inspiration card by Laurie Schmidlin, our April Muse at CASE Study! Look...

I loved two things especially about this card - the woodgrain and the pop of intense colour against blacks/greys. For my inspired card, I decided to use both.
Mine is one of these "better-hand-it-over-personally" type of cards... full of delicate die cuts that hang over the border :)
I combined some HA stamps, Cosmo Cricket washi tape (also copied from the inspiration card!) and the butterflies from two Spellbinders™ die sets: LF-006 Wonderful Wings and S5-051 Fanciful Flight.
For more inspiration, I reached for the FTL186 sketch, and the cQc#133 color palette:
