I'm popping in with a card fresh out of the oven, a product of the crafty evening that possibly is not yet over... *grin*
I coloured the image from Flourishes' Love Sweet Love stamp set with Copics: C12/V06/V09 for the lilacs, RV32/RV34 for the tulips, G82/G94 green parts, and E30/E31/E33 for the basket, and die cut with Spellbinders™ S4-112 Classic Ovals SM (added the frame from S5-071 Twisted Metal Tags & Accents underneath, for extra interest).
The sentiment is from Spring Bouquets, also from Flourishes, stamped on a banner from S4-324 Ribbon Banners. I also added a hand-made flower, created with S5-103 Bauble Blossom One.
Everything was distressed with my trusty Pumice Stone Distress Ink. The rhinestones are from Glitz Design (big one) and Kaisercraft (small ones).
I had a couple of challenges in mind when making this one, including the Motherly Love challenge at Flourishes blog, the first fabulous challenge at the Crafty Friends Challenge blog - Vintage,
...Card Patterns sketch 159, and TSTR108 - Homegrown Flowers.
Join me again tomorrow, for the Waltzingmouse Sketch and card! Thanks for coming, and for all your lovely comments :)
