We're kicking off previews of the fabulous May stamp release at The Craft's Meow today!! I know you're all geared up and ready to find out what we've got in store for you this month, and let me tell you, the wait was well worth it!

Before we get there, please help me welcome our two Guest Designers, Annette Allen and Sharri Seffens! These talented girls take part in our May release festivities.
Today we're introducing a set called Flower Garden, designed by Nina Brackett. I can't tell you how long I've been waiting for something like this. It's utterly gorgeous and so versatile, with five different flower types to combine with the stalks, and a bunch of different leaves too. The flowers are all amazing and I was in big trouble trying to choose the one that I want to feature first.

I made a "messy" background using October Afternoon Sprinkler (Sidewalks/Miss Mary Mack), by both spraying the paper and then adding some splashes straight from the opened bottle. I stamped the flowers over it, with Memento Bamboo Leaves. I think the fact that the blue splatters emerged at the front, adds a lovely artsy look. I love the unplanned surprises :)
I also added some Glossy Accents to the tips of the flowers.

I finished the card with some stamps from the last month's release. The sentiment comes from Inspired by Audrey, and a bit of that zig-zag pattern at the bottom, from Owl Journaling.
For the layout inspiration, I used the ISSC15 sketch from I Spy Sketches.
I also thought, why not make it another entry in the Spatter Technique Challenge in the Moxie Fab World... guilty. Ha!
See you tomorrow!
