Once more I'm giving credit for the inspiration behind the sketch and my card. It goes to the talented Debbie Olson, with this beautiful card that I had saved in my "to-CASE" folder for a long time.

That's the thing with my crafting, it's hugely based on inspiration. Everything I know, I learnt from the talented people out there, and I could honestly base my crafting solely on copying their artwork... in a good way, that is! That's how CASE Study came into existence, because I think learning from each other by trying to tackle their style is great fun and really helps us expand horizons.
Enough babbling, though. I want to show you what I made!

I based my colours of CR84FN53, hence the choice of My Mind's Eye Follow Your Heart/Be Happy papers was a no-brainer. I layered them neatly and added lots of texture with sewing. Mmmm, sewing... how I love thee!
I cut the scalloped border with Spellbinders™ Edgeabilities® Classic Scallop, and created the frame by cutting/embossing Classic Squares LG and Classic Scalloped Squares LG Nestabilities®.
The stamps (sentiment, flowers, as well as the vintage seed packet images), are from WPlus9 Hope Seed Co. set.
I coloured the flowers with Copics, a very rudimentary colouring job that is...

I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with now!
