Sketchbook Saturday Challenge #68

Hi there! How's your weekend been so far? I reckon most of you, living in a Northern Hemisphere, are just waking up... I hope it will be a good day!
Mine was laid back and relaxing; apart from house cleaning in the morning and shopping, we haven't forced ourselves into much more :)

Anyhoo, here's a fresh sketch! I hope you'll like it.

Both the sketch and my sample, were strongly inspired by Lisa Johnson's card. You can find it here, it's the second one in post. I shamelessly copied the layout, stamping in white and an opening in the label.... guilty! Honestly, I just couldn't resist that card...

I stamped the leaves from PTI Turning A New Leaf on SU! Early Espresso cardstock, with Palette Fresh Snow ink, added a strip of green card that I scored with my ScorBuddy, and a banner made out of polka dot DP.
The label was cut with Labels Twenty Five Nestabilities® and I cut the opening with Classic Ovals LG. The corresponding label come from Waltzingmouse set called Very Vintage Labels No. 25.
The sentiment comes from PTI Mega Mixed Messages, apart from the hearts that belong to Love Lives Here (so does the butterfly).

I used the colours from cQc#145, although again I'm found guilty adding an extra red to the mix.

A few things to keep in mind if you decide to use my sketch:
- You're kindly asked to save the image onto your computer first, and if you make a card based on it, please link back to this post.
- If you upload your card to an online gallery, use the code SSC68.
- Feel free to share the link to your creation via the Inlinkz widget, so that I can come and check it out!
- The colours/elements mean nothing towards the card. All styles, colours and supplies, as well as slight alterations of the sketch are welcome.
- A new sketch and sample is posted every Saturday, but you're welcome to play any time! Just leave a link in the comments section after Inlinkz widget closes.
