CASE Study Challenge #108

It's time for another installment of challenge fun at CASE Study, even more that we have a pleasure of 'housing' a fabulous Muse this month, Torico!!

Today we're tackling another great inspiration card... don't you just love these brilliantly coloured monkeys? :)

It's no surprise that I wanted to do negative die cutting on my card as well, in fact most of the DT did just the same... :) This is a technique that never fails to produce great effects.
I pulled out the Hohoho stamp set from There She Goes, illustrated by Torico, and went for a snow globe effect.

I cut my "window" with Standard Circles LG, from SU! Real Red CS. The sky is made from PTI Aqua Mist and the snow ground from Core'Dinations Glitter Silk cardstock. It sparkles of course, but I didn't manage to capture it.
The reindeer were coloured with Copics, cut out and mounted on foam tape. The background was clear embossed with the snowflakes from the same set.
Lastly, I die cut a tag with Back To Basics Tags, stamped the sentiment from Wishing You set (also There She Goes) and added some pearl brads.

The Design Team prepared some beautiful samples today as well! Click on the links below to be taken to their blogs.
