The Craft's Meow September Release - Day 1

We all needed a lot of patience, when the monthly release at The Craft's Meow came to a halt last month. Hard as it was to keep you all waiting, we are now back on track and hopefully no more issues will arise in the future! We are launching our September release today, and invite you to join us for the next five days, as we unveil the new stamp sets, share our artwork and offer prizes :)

The Craft's Meow

We have exciting news to share as well, most of all lots of great new Designers and Guesties that are joining us from this month onward... too many names to share, but I hope you'll make your way to the TCM blog to read all about it :)

We launch our release with a stylish and super cool stamp set called Vintage Clocks, and illustrated by Nina Brackett.
Believe me when I say, it's A-MAH-ZING. Clocks of all kinds, from vintage to retro, and accompanying sentiments that will make you drool.

Here's a card I did with the sentiment that I love most. I inked it partially, to achieve the two-tone look. I also stamped the grandfather's clock in a shadow ink for a subtle effect, on a piece of DP from My Mind's Eye. The final decorative element came in the form of these fussy cut wildflowers, from DCWV Mariposa stack.

And here's a super simple card, inspired by this gorgeous stationery. Yep, I was inspired to the point of CASE'ing the whole look :)

I stamped the clock and sentiment on PTI Fine Linen card, added the vertical lines with black pen and coloured the clock with Copics.

You can win the Vintage Clocks set, by leaving a comment on the TCM blog today!! You have until 9:00 pm PDT to do so. Also, please take the time to see all of the designers' blogs, they're sharing some amazing artwork!
See you tomorrow, for more peeks :)

  8. You have done both beautiful and cute in you cards. Your first cards has a lot of depth with the two tone stamp rising and falling. The clock is cute but, the sentiment give it a sweetness. Lovely job.
