Jay Gee's Nook challenge #24

Guess what?? I've got yet another post for you, on this WCMD weekend! With October upon us, it's high time we shared a brand new challenge at Jay Gee's Nook, and with it comes another super lovely inspiration board. Check it out!

Teal, aqua, celery... be still my heart! I added a good measure of kraft to the pile (the wooden birds!), and cheated a bit by mixing in yellow :)

I had the pleasure to ink up the 2 Cute Ink image from Lil' Inker (Sweet Bee), for the first time. I had an eye on these for a long time and this cutie was as much fun to colour as I suspected.
I used a PTI die (Half & Half) with a bit of MME patterned paper, behind the critter. The background was embossed with So Trendy M-Bossabilities, and the card base was made by adhering diagonally 1cm wide strips of teal cardstock.

Hop on over to the JG's Nook blog, to see the rest of the Design Team's creations! I hope you'll play long with us too :)

  5. Gorgeous card as alwasy Iwona. And for the record... you weren't cheating... those birds on the inspiration board do have yellow beaks (i am not shure if this is the right word for birds mouth :P but that is what Mr. Google suggested :P )

    Have a nice day!
